These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TypeGraph at myersbriggsgraph.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by TypeGraph ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
TypeGraph lets you map people and their personality types into a visual relationship graph. The free tier allows up to 5 relationships. A paid Pro subscription unlocks higher limits and additional features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts and Security
You may use the Service as a guest with locally-stored data, or create an account to save and sync your graphs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, access it through unauthorized means, use it to violate the law or the rights of others, upload unlawful or infringing content, or resell or scrape the Service without our written permission.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Disclaimers
The personality content provided by the Service is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, psychological, medical, legal, or relationship advice. Your result is an estimate based on the public-domain IPIP and Jungian type theory, for educational and entertainment purposes only — not psychological, medical, or career advice. Personality is a continuum: near a midpoint, your type could easily flip, which is why we show a confidence level for each dimension. These relationship colors are interpretive lenses, not validated science. MBTI, cognitive functions and Socionics have limited empirical support for the compatibility claims shown here. Use them as conversation starters, not judgments about real relationships.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeGraph and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below, and where appropriate we will notify you through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
